What to expect this holiday period (2025)

Additional information for December 24 to December 29 2025

Due to recently announced additional bank holidays declared by the US government, payouts will be delayed between December 24 and December 29 2025.

US banks will be closed for an extended holiday period in late December. During this time, settlement into our banking partner accounts will be paused and payout processing will be slower than usual while banks catch up after reopening. Once normal banking operations resume, payouts will be processed automatically, with higher than usual volumes expected.

This delay is caused entirely by US banking schedules. Our banking partners are US based and are unable to process settlements while banks are closed.

Important notes for creators:

• Your balance remains safe and fully accounted for during this period

• No funds are lost or missing

• Payouts will resume automatically once banks reopen and processing normalises

• Gift cards and gifting remain fully functional 24 hours a day throughout the holiday period

Creators can continue receiving gifts and earning as normal during this time. Only the transfer of funds to bank accounts is affected.

Gift payments remain unaffected

Although the bank holidays may impact payouts, the ability for fans to purchase gifts for creators is unaffected. All gifts will be processed normally and gifts delivered into your Creatorflow balance, or in the form of a gift card dependent on the gift type.

To help reduce issues during the holiday period, daily withdrawal limits may occassionally be applied.
