When a gift is marked as "Under Review" it means our security and fraud team are confirming that the source of the gift is valid, and that all funds have been received.
In most cases, a review takes no more than 10-15 minutes.
In some cases, the review may take longer as we seek additional clarification.
If a gift is marked as "Under Review" for longer than 24 hours, please email support@youpay.co so that we can look into this further.
