YouPay is phasing out support for Stripe Connect, with Creatorflow now the cash gifting solution recommended to all YouPay creators.
When is this happening?
From November 30, 2025, you will no longer be able to access your Stripe Express account from inside YouPay. All funds will remain accessible by logging in directly to Stripe.
Why are we doing this?
This is an important decision we’ve made to ensure that all payment processors and payout providers are fully supportive of the creators who depend on YouPay. Our goal is to make sure every creator experiences smooth, reliable, and compliant payments with partners who share our commitment to creator success.
Creatorflow has been designed from the ground up to support all YouPay creators, offering enhanced reliability, transparency, and flexibility for managing payments and withdrawals. It represents the next step in providing a payment ecosystem built specifically for creators, one that grows with your needs and supports your ongoing success.
How to Switch to Creatorflow

Will I lose access to the funds I have in my Stripe Express account?
No, you will not. You'll be able to access them by logging into Stripe directly, even after November 30.
