How Users Can Reset Their YouPay Password Without a Current Password

Modified on Wed, 18 Jun at 9:26 AM

On occasion, users have reported difficulties resetting their YouPay password when prompted to enter a “current password” within their account settings.

To address this issue, we recommend using the “Forgot Password” option directly on the login page. This will require you to logout. This method bypasses the need to enter a current password and allows users to securely create a new password through a link sent to your email.
