What is the YouPay Card?
The YouPay Card is a Mastercard linked to your YouPay account. It lets you spend the money you’ve earned on YouPay anywhere Mastercard is accepted, online and in store, without first withdrawing to a bank account.

How long does it take for funds to arrive on my YouPay card?

They arrive instantly and are immediately available to be spent anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

How do I get funds onto my card?

You can transfer funds from your Creatorflow balance or have your fans gift you funds directly to your card.

Who issues the YouPay Card?
The YouPay Card is issued by Unblock, a licensed Mastercard issuer. YouPay provides the platform and wallet. Unblock issues the card and is responsible for approving applications.

Where do I find my card?
Your card lives inside the YouPay platform and the YouPay app. Go to [YouPay Card] to view your card details, top up, lock or unlock your card, and see your transactions.

Is it a physical card or a virtual card?
The YouPay Card is a virtual card. You can add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay to tap and pay in store, or use the card details for online purchases.

Who can get a YouPay Card?
The YouPay Card is available to verified creators with an active YouPay account. You will need to complete an application process where your account will be approved by our card issuer, Unblock.

Is it available in my country?

Yes, the YouPay Card is available to users from any country that supports YouPay. If you have an active YouPay account, you can apply for a YouPay Card.

Does getting a card affect my YouPay account?
No. Your wallet, gifts, payments and withdrawals all work exactly as before. The card is an extra way to spend your balance.
