5.2. How do I engage my VIP customers to start using YouPay?

Create your own private Facebook Group for your VIP Community to interact & transact to drive activity and sales!

Here at YouPay, we've seen huge customer engagement and sales activity with our Merchants that have created VIP Community Groups off of pure demand from their customers. Get your customers to share their stories, wish lists as well as their YouPay carts with one another, and empower them to support one another to 'pay it forward when you can, share your cart when you can't'!

If you don't have a Facebook Group or place for online community, the first thing you'll need to do is create a group for your customers to join - follow the Facebook help centre article here for 'How do I create a Facebook group?'

Once you've created this group, let your customers know to come request to join for VIP Member news and entitlements! To create some momentum within your Facebook Group Community to get your customers involved, there's a few things you can do:

Announce YouPay to your VIP customers! 

Create cart sharing outlines within the comments section.

Run a Competition for your VIP Customers in your Facebook Group! ?

Post to your VIP Online Communities to encourage your VIP customers to connect with one another by sharing their stories, wish lists, and carts to empower everyone to support one another to 'pay it forward when you can, share your cart when you can't'!'

Incentivise your VIP Customers to invite their friends and family! ?

Ensure you keep your FB Group Community safe and secure - set to 'Private'. ?

As your customers interact and transact with one another in a safe and secure manner, we recommend that you do the same. If setting up an online Facebook group - we recommend keeping it private and allowing members to come in as they request!

This will allow you to monitor posts and customer interactions within your own community.
